If I like you and you like me, isn`t that good enough?
Not a strict Marxist, but... I do think Marx was right about a lot, though I'm a bit skeptical of his "historical inevitability" concept. The core ideas behind socialism--"To each according to ability, from each according to need," and the idea that infrastructure, or the "means of production," is owned by the community--makes a lot of sense to me, with the extension that I'd like to see technological advancement used to improve everyone's ability. I think I'm really more of a post-scarcity advocate with socialist leanings than a Marxist, but not anti-Marxist either. I have some very liberal views about things that, frankly, most people in this society don't share, and it would be nice to find others who do share them.
