Something borrowed I confess from a history of the lonely hearts ad - 1695 -2010. I haven't read the book just a review of it and the above ad taken from the book was written in the 16th century. Which is fitting as this is the starting point in British and European history i am so fascinated with. I am not an academic I am a professional manager working in the public services, specifically in criminal justice. However, whilst I am passionate about my work i am also as passionate about this historical period. It would be nice to meet someone with similar interests. My head is not always submerged in books. I love music, a wide variety from rock, pop, world music, folk, classical, dance and jazz. I love the great outdoors and stargazing..sitting by a campfire at the foot of Cader Idris with nothing but the inky black sky and cosmos takes my breath away. If you've got this far what i want is to find love.
